Key process and technology guarantee
1.Production technology of clean steel. To guarantee good formability through inclusion and gas content control.
2.Narrow chemistry control technology. Control corrosion resistant steel [C]≤0.07% to guarantee good weldability. Control Ni/Cu ratio rationally to guarantee good corrosion resistance. For gas bottle steel, [C]≤0.18% was kept to guarantee well stamping properties.
3. Accurate control technique for the thickness of coil’s head and tail.
4. Increase descaling pressure and adopt multipoint descaling to guarantee good surface quality.
